3. Music & Content

All music distributed through or associated with Winning Team Records must consist of original compositions. Unauthorized sampling, interpolation, or use of copyrighted third-party material without proper clearance is strictly prohibited and is the sole responsibility of the submitting artist.

We reserve the right to remove any content that we determine, in our sole discretion, infringes on third-party rights or violates these Terms.

4. Demo Submissions

By submitting a demo through our Site, you confirm that:

• You own or have the rights to all material submitted
• The music is original — no unauthorized samples or interpolations
• You grant Winning Team Records LLC a non-exclusive right to listen to and evaluate your submission
• Submission does not create any obligation on our part to sign, distribute, or respond to your music
• We are not liable for any unsolicited material and recommend keeping a copy of everything you submit

5. Merch & Purchases

All sales through our official store are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective. In the case of a defective item, contact us at ceo@winningteamrecords.com within 7 days of receipt.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.

6. Email List & Communications

By subscribing to our email list, you consent to receive updates, music releases, and promotional content from Winning Team Records LLC. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send.

We will not sell or share your email address with third parties for their marketing purposes.

7. Third-Party Links

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites including streaming platforms, social media, and payment processors. These links are provided for convenience only.
