Once terms are agreed upon, we execute a formal licensing agreement and deliver the master files for your use.
Publishing & Rights
Winning Team Records LLC controls the master recording rights to music released under our label. Publishing rights are managed in partnership with our artists, who are registered with performing rights organizations (ASCAP or BMI).
All licensing agreements must be cleared through Winning Team Records LLC before any use. Unauthorized use of our artists' music without a valid license agreement is a violation of U.S. copyright law and will be pursued accordingly.
For sync placements, both a sync license (covering the composition) and a master license (covering the recording) are required. We coordinate both through a single point of contact.
