We aim to respond to all valid DMCA notices within 5 business days.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant and may restore the removed content within 10–14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.
5. Repeat Infringers
Winning Team Records LLC maintains a strict policy against repeat copyright infringement. Any artist or collaborator found to repeatedly infringe third-party copyrights will have their association with the label terminated.
