About the Label
Winning Team Records LLC is an independent hip-hop label based in Phoenix, Arizona, built on two core principles: Kaizen and freedom. Kaizen — continuous improvement — drives every release, every performance, and every creative decision. Freedom is the goal: giving artists the space to express themselves fully while building careers on their own terms.
Founded by Jayvion, Winning Team Records focuses on authentic, hard-hitting hip-hop with an expanding direction that includes melodic and vocal-driven artists. The label exists to develop talent, refine creativity, and build lasting careers through consistency, execution, and evolution.
We move with strategy, integrity, and continuous improvement — shrewd as serpents, innocent as doves. This is only the beginning.
